  The material adjustor is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. it adjusts, absorbs and slows the impact and powder rising, which is aroused by the material falling from high altitude. It is used in the system of material processing, transporting and filtering. The material slide to the receiver device equably, calmly and regularly. The type of the adjustor is various and the applicability is wide. There is no need to setup other material cushion device and guiding device when the adjustor is installed in working system.

  The adjustor is the newest and most advanced product which is designed on the base of all kinds of material discharging and adjusting equipment. The structure makes use of lever principle. The transmission type is particular and the figure is close. It has features of compact structure, flexible open and close, endurance, reliable operation and long life etc. The flying powder dust of falling material can be closed in the body. The pumping among dust grain can reduce the moving until dust is immobile. Dust can not overflow to pollute environment so we can have a good operating circumstance.

  調節器(qi)密封腔(qiang)體容器(qi)内，設有(you)可自動(dong)開啟、關(guan)閉，轉㊙️動(dong)靈活可(ke)靠并具(jù)有抗沖(chòng)擊、抗振(zhen)動、耐磨(mó)損能力(lì)的擋闆(pan)🚶‍♀️。擋闆💞的(de)運行由(you)帶有一(yī)配重塊(kuài)的連杆(gan)來實現(xian)，連杆及(jí)配重塊(kuai)🏃🏻均封閉(bi)于兩側(ce)箱體内(nèi)。當調節(jie)器存有(yǒu)一定量(liàng)的物料(liao)時，擋闆(pan)便自動(dòng)打開，物(wù)料順着(zhe)擋闆開(kāi)口自然(ran)💘、均勻、平(píng)穩地溜(liu)下，粉塵(chen)仍然封(fēng)存于調(diào)節器内(nei)不能溢(yì)出。調節(jiē)器的減(jiǎn)👌振裝置(zhi)消除了(le)擋闆及(jí)配重塊(kuài)在開啟(qi)、關閉過(guò)🥵程中的(de)振🌏力。

  The baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. The baffle also can resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. The baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block. The connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. The baffle can open automatically when there is some material in the adjustor. The material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. The shock absorber can clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

Usage explanation

l  安(ān)裝前必(bi)須清潔(jié)閥門内(nèi)腔，不允(yun)許有任(ren)何雜物(wù)和污垢(gou)附🍓着。

l  安(ān)裝前先(xian)檢查閥(fa)門各傳(chuán)動部分(fen)是否完(wán)好，試運(yun)行無誤(wu)後将🍓閥(fa)門處于(yu)全閉狀(zhuang)态再進(jin)行安裝(zhuāng)。

l  法蘭連(lian)接時兩(liang)法蘭間(jian)必須加(jiā)密封墊(niàn)，然後均(jun)勻鎖緊(jǐn)聯接🆚螺(luó)🌈栓。

l  根據(jù)客戶實(shí)際工況(kuang)需要調(diào)整配重(zhong)塊來保(bao)證下料(liào)量💞及下(xià)🔴料🤞頻率(lǜ)。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body

l   Check the transmission part before install. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.

l   Add sealed shim between the two flanges. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.

運輸及(jí)保管：

Transportation and protection

l  運(yùn)輸時避(bì)免撞擊(ji)調節器(qì)，調節器(qì)擋闆應(yīng)處于全(quán)閉位㊙️置(zhì)🌈，以防在(zài)運輸中(zhōng)擋闆及(jí)傳動部(bù)件損壞(huai)。

l  運輸時(shi)傳動部(bu)位應作(zuo)防潮、防(fáng)雨處理(li)。

l  調節器(qì)應存放(fàng)在幹燥(zao)的室内(nèi)，不允許(xu)露天存(cún)放或堆(duī)🌏置。

l  調節(jie)器長期(qi)存放時(shi)應使設(shè)備處于(yú)關閉狀(zhuang)态，各傳(chuan)動🍓部位(wei)加潤滑(huá)油,作防(fang)潮、防塵(chén)處理。

l   Avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part

l   Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission part when transport.

l   The adjustor should be stored in dry room and can not be stored or piled up in open air.

l   It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

Maintenance and examination

l  定期(qi)檢查各(gè)傳動部(bu)位的運(yùn)行情況(kuàng)。

l  定期給(gei)各傳動(dong)部位加(jia)潤滑油(you)。

l  每次檢(jian)修後，應(yīng)重新調(diào)整配重(zhong)設施，對(duì)檢修情(qing)況作記(ji)錄。

l   Examine the operation condition of transmission parts regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission parts regularly.
