  HZ系(xì)列滑動閘(zhá)門用于建(jian)材、冶金、礦(kuàng)山、電力、化(huà)工、玻璃、輕(qing)工、糧食等(deng)行業的庫(kù)頂、庫底及(ji)進出口等(deng)。是控制流(liu)量✌️變化較(jiao)大，啟動頻(pin)繁，切斷迅(xùn)速的理想(xiǎng)設備。

  This valve is widely used at the top and bottom of store house and carrying port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  體腔(qiāng)内設灰鬥(dou)卸料，避免(miǎn)物料沖擊(ji)體腔，延長(zhang)了使用✍️壽(shou)命，閘💃🏻闆運(yùn)動由滑輪(lun)導向，減小(xiǎo)了運動阻(zǔ)力，操作更(geng)加靈活、切(qie)斷快速，特(te)别适用于(yu)各類微帶(dai)粘度的固(gù)體🌈、粉料及(jí)㊙️小于Φ10mm的顆(ke)粒料，晶粒(li)料的輸送(sòng)及流量調(diào)節，安裝不(bú)受角❤️度限(xian)制， 能㊙️随時(shí)調節開度(du)。該閥門有(yǒu)手輪和鍊(lian)輪兩種操(cao)作形式，I型(xing)為手輪，II為(wei)鍊輪。單向(xiang)和雙向兩(liang)✊種結構形(xíng)式，HZD為單向(xiang)，HZS為雙向。

  There is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. The slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. The valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle. The position of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. TypeⅠ means manual wheel. Type Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction HZD is signal direction and HZS is double direction.

工作(zuò)原理：

Working principle

  主要(yao)由框架、閘(zhá)闆、絲杆、螺(luó)母等零件(jian)構成，人工(gong)轉動手輪(lún)使✂️帶動絲(sī)杆螺母和(he)閘闆作水(shuǐ)平方向往(wǎng)複運動，達(da)到啟閉目(mu)🛀🏻的。閘闆的(de)運動像刀(dao)鍘一樣能(neng)切斷滞留(liú)在灰鬥上(shàng)的物料，達(dá)到密封狀(zhuàng)态。

  It is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hand wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. The movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

Usage explanation:

l  本閥可(kě)水平安裝(zhuāng)或垂直安(ān)裝，安裝時(shi)兩法蘭連(lián)接中間必(bi)須加密封(feng)墊片，然後(hou)鎖緊螺栓(shuān)。

l  操作時手(shou)輪順時針(zhen)旋轉為閥(fa)關，反之為(wéi)開，不得在(zai)手輪🐉上🌐再(zai)增加輔助(zhù)杠杆。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放應(ying)使設備處(chù)于關閉狀(zhuang)态，各傳動(dòng)部位♊應加(jia)🔞潤滑油，不(bú)允許露天(tian)存放或堆(duī)置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
