Working principle:

  防(fang)爆、安全(quán)閥作為(wei)壓縮、易(yi)爆氣體(tǐ)管道系(xi)統中的(de)卸壓裝(zhuang)置🥵。當✂️系(xì)統壓力(lì)大于表(biǎo)壓力時(shi)，防爆膜(mo)片則自(zi)行破裂(liè)，安全閥(fá)闆則❓自(zi)行開啟(qǐ)洩壓，以(yǐ)防止系(xì)統發生(sheng)爆炸🆚，保(bao)證生🚶産(chǎn)和人身(shen)安全。

  The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放(fàng)散閥、放(fang)風閥作(zuo)為輸送(sòng)氣體管(guan)道中的(de)特殊卸(xiè)壓裝置(zhì)，可以根(gen)💔據系統(tǒng)需要，經(jing)手動控(kong)制或自(zì)動控制(zhì)🍓來完成(chéng)對管道(dào)系統中(zhōng)氣體的(de)排放或(huò)補充，其(qi)密封⛷️面(miàn)根據不(bú)同工🆚況(kuang)、不同溫(wēn)度，可⚽采(cǎi)用橡膠(jiāo)軟密封(fēng)或金屬(shǔ)硬密封(fēng)形式。

  The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

Installation and regulation:

l    防爆(bao)、安全閥(fa)作為系(xi)統終端(duān)或旁路(lu)終端的(de)安全設(shè)備，為🐇法(fa)蘭式連(lián)接。

l   防爆(bao)閥、洩爆(bào)閥安全(quan)膜片，安(an)全閥、安(ān)全閥闆(pǎn)根據客(ke)戶系統(tǒng)💛****安🐕全壓(ya)力而定(dìng)。使用時(shí)，必須核(hé)對工況(kuang)性能參(cān)數是否(fou)與該産(chan)品相符(fú)，切不可(ke)盲目安(an)裝使用(yòng)。

l   安裝時(shí)，清理安(an)全膜片(piàn)、安全閥(fa)闆，不允(yun)許有污(wū)垢附㊙️着(zhe)🌈，兩法蘭(lán)連接時(shí)，中間需(xū)加密封(fēng)墊。

l   防爆(bào)、安全閥(fá)，保護動(dong)作後，必(bì)須馬上(shàng)更換安(an)全膜片(piàn)或檢🧡查(cha)安全閥(fá)闆狀态(tài)。

l   防爆、安(ān)全閥應(ying)随時處(chù)于臨界(jie)動作狀(zhuàng)态，以保(bǎo)護系統(tong)。

l   放散閥(fa)、放風閥(fa)的安裝(zhuang)條件必(bi)須保證(zhèng)人員安(ān)全，便于(yú)操作與(yu)觀察。

l   Anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   The valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運(yun)輸保管(guǎn)：

Transportation and protection:

l   運輸時(shi)應避免(miǎn)撞擊閥(fa)門和安(ān)全膜片(pian)、安全閥(fa)闆及放(fang)🙇🏻風閥的(de)📱傳動裝(zhuang)置。

l   閥門(men)應存放(fang)在幹燥(zào)室内，不(bu)允許露(lu)天存放(fang)或堆置(zhi)💜，保護安(ān)全🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼閥🌈閥(fá)闆密封(fēng)面。放散(san)閥，放風(fēng)閥應對(duì)傳動裝(zhuāng)置及傳(chuan)🙇‍♀️動部位(wei)作防鏽(xiu)、防潮處(chu)理。

l   Avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l   Anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維護(hù)及檢修(xiu)：

Maintenance and examination:

l   定期檢(jian)查各安(ān)全閥，防(fáng)爆閥的(de)運行情(qíng)況。

l   如出(chū)現安全(quán)閥、防爆(bao)閥的安(ān)全膜片(pian)爆破後(hou)，請在排(pái)除系統(tǒng)故障🔴後(hou)及時更(gèng)換安全(quán)膜片。

l   對(duì)放風閥(fa)的執行(hang)機構定(dìng)期檢查(cha)，對傳動(dong)部分加(jiā)潤‼️滑油(you)，定期更(geng)換潤滑(hua)脂。

l   對密(mi)閉狀況(kuang)要定期(qī)檢查，及(jí)時更換(huan)。

l   Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l   If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l   Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l   Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.
