工作原(yuán)理：

Working principle:

  防爆、安全(quán)閥作為壓縮(suo)、易爆氣體管(guan)道系統中的(de)卸壓裝置。當(dang)系統壓力大(dà)于表壓力時(shi)，防爆膜片則(zé)自行破🥰裂，安(an)❄️全閥闆則自(zi)行開啟洩壓(yā)，以防止系統(tong)發生爆炸，保(bao)證生産和人(rén)身安全。

  The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放散(sàn)閥、放風閥作(zuò)為輸送氣體(tǐ)管道中的特(te)殊卸壓✔️裝㊙️置(zhi)，可以根據系(xi)統需要，經手(shǒu)動控制或自(zi)動控制來完(wan)成對管道🔆系(xì)統中氣體的(de)排放或補充(chōng)，其密封面根(gēn)據💔不同工況(kuàng)、不同🏃🏻‍♂️溫度，可(kě)🌐采用橡膠軟(ruǎn)密封或金屬(shǔ)硬密封形式(shì)。

  The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

安裝及調試(shì)：

Installation and regulation:

l   防爆、安全閥(fa)作為系統終(zhong)端或旁路終(zhōng)端的安全設(shè)💔備，為法蘭式(shì)連接。

l   防爆閥(fa)、洩爆閥安全(quan)膜片，安全閥(fá)、安全閥闆根(gen)據客戶系統(tong)****安全♉壓力而(ér)定。使用時，必(bi)須核對工況(kuang)性能☀️參數是(shì)否與該産品(pǐn)相符，切不可(ke)盲目安裝使(shǐ)用。

l   安裝時，清(qīng)理安全膜片(piàn)、安全閥闆，不(bú)允許有污垢(gou)附着，兩法🙇🏻蘭(lán)連接時，中間(jian)需加密封墊(niàn)。

l   防爆、安全閥(fá)，保護動作後(hòu)，必須馬上更(geng)換安全膜片(piàn)👌或檢🌈查安全(quan)閥闆狀态。

l   防(fáng)爆、安全閥應(ying)随時處于臨(lin)界動作狀态(tài)，以保護系統(tǒng)。

l   放散閥、放風(feng)閥的安裝條(tiáo)件必須保證(zhèng)人員安全，便(bian)于操作與觀(guan)🏃察。

l   Anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   The valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運輸保管(guǎn)：

Transportation and protection:

l  運輸時應避(bì)免撞擊閥門(men)和安全膜片(pian)、安全閥闆及(ji)放風閥的傳(chuan)動裝置。

l  閥門(men)應存放在幹(gan)燥室内，不允(yǔn)許露天存放(fàng)或堆置🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼，保護(hù)安💘全㊙️閥閥闆(pǎn)密封面。放散(sàn)閥，放風閥應(ying)對傳動裝置(zhì)及傳🎯動部位(wèi)作防鏽、防潮(cháo)處理。

l  Avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l  Anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維護及(ji)檢修：

Maintenance and examination:

l  定期檢(jian)查各安全閥(fá)，防爆閥的運(yun)行情況。

l  如出(chū)現安全閥、防(fang)爆閥的安全(quán)膜片爆破後(hou)，請在排除系(xi)統故障後及(jí)時更換安全(quan)膜片。

l  對放風(feng)閥的執行機(ji)構定期檢查(cha)，對傳動部分(fèn)加潤滑油，定(dìng)期更換潤滑(hua)脂。

l  對密閉狀(zhuang)況要定期檢(jian)查，及時更換(huan)。

l  Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l  If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l  Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l  Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.

l  Please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment and characteristic of medium etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.

l  The actuator is normal type without any special corresponding accessory if the valve needs transmission device. If you have special demand (anti-explosion and outdoors etc), please indicate it in the contract.

l  If you have other special demand, need special medium or the date that is not listed in the table, please contact with our department of market and technology. We can design and manufacture for you especially.
