  This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

工作原(yuán)理：

Working principle:

  扇形閘門由(yóu)本體、扇形閘闆(pan)、軸、密封副、執行(háng)機構等部件構(gòu)成。手動或執行(hang)機構推動搖杆(gǎn)使扇形閘闆沿(yán)軸心旋轉開啟(qǐ)，物料随即下落(luo)。待接料裝置滿(man)載後再推動搖(yao)杆使扇形閘闆(pǎn)複位，關閉📐截斷(duàn)下落的💃🏻物料。

  The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

使(shi)用說明：

Usage explanation:

l  安裝時(shí)請注意閘門本(běn)體上标明介質(zhi)流向，兩法蘭連(lian)接時必需👌加密(mi)封墊片，然後均(jun)勻鎖緊螺栓。

l  運(yun)行時請辨清扇(shan)形閘闆開關方(fāng)向。執行機構請(qǐng)正确接線。

l  若長(zhang)期存放應使設(shè)備處于關閉狀(zhuang)态，各傳動部位(wei)加潤滑油，不允(yun)許露天存放或(huo)堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.

l  Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
